First Year
Masonry Construction House
This two-storey masonry house is a 3 bedroom, detached house. The structure consists of block cavity walls walls and timber floor joists. The external facade was brick with fenestrations coordinated wtih brick joints. In this project, timber stairs were also designed to comply with TGD Part K and M. Drawings were produced using 2D AutoCAD.

Third Year
Trinity Point Dublin
10/11 Trinity Point is located souht of dublins historical trinity college. it is a five storey office building with a single storey basement carpark. The building has Cast in Situ concrete frame with CIS cores. Its facade consists of GFRC rainscreen cladding. The glazing on the North,South and West facades features sticks system curtain walls.

Fourth Year
24/25 South Mall
24 / 25 South Mall is a four story concrete building located on South Mall Cork City. The building is was first built around the 1950/60's. This project required an extension to the existing building, increasing the usable floor space by 11% requiring an extention to the rear of the building. There was a need to use renewable materials for the retrofit and using CLT for the structure. The retrofit requires that the existing building can meet TGD L,B,M and K requirements followed by a further increase in energy effeciency to meet ENERPHIT standards.
